VitaTech Healthcare Technologies provides healthcare information technology solutions including but not limited to Hospital Management Software, Electronic Medical Records, Telemedicine Platforms, and custom healthcare software development services. All software services are governed by separate Software License Agreements.
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of VitaTech Healthcare Technologies and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Custom software developed for clients transfers intellectual property rights as specified in the individual project agreement.
VitaTech software products are licensed, not sold. The license granted is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the scope defined in your service agreement. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws when using our services. Healthcare data processed through VitaTech platforms must be handled in accordance with DISHA guidelines and applicable Indian laws. We are not responsible for how client organizations handle patient data outside our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold VitaTech harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
VitaTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.
